Loves being on 20th floor vause could see everything in ocean . Secound time renting this unit. Great communication and whole resort super clean

Great view! But filthy floors, broken AC. Needs new mattresses.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful room with a wonderful view. The decor was nice but both couches, vanity chair, and bedroom lounge needed steam cleaned and the recliner was comfortable but was getting worn. The main bedroom's bed and pillows were comfortable. The bunk bed lower mattresses had bad springs that poked you all night and the queen bed had a hard spot in the middle that made it uncomfortable too. The A/C didn't work at all in the queen bedroom and barely worked in the bunk bed bedroom and laundry room area. Maintenance worked on it but it only got a tiny bit better in the bunk bed bedroom. The queen bedroom continued to be an oven the entire stay. I put in another maintenance request before leaving. The floors were so filthy when we arrived that our feet turned black like we had walked in coal dirt. There was no mop or broom so I had to go buy them. Maintenance guy found some hidden almost behind the furnace/ac unit in its tiny closet where they couldn't be seen when he worked on AC. The tubs and walk in shower were dangerously slick to step into. Almost fell. I think they had just been given a quick wipe but not actually cleaned. They charge a cleaning fee but I had to waste my 1st day of vacation cleaning things myself. Security was big on enforcing wrist bands but a small child went missing as dark was approaching and a woman asked a security guard for help and the security guard actually asked, "what do you want me to do about it?". Someone else called 911. Girl was eventually found safe but security handled it badly. Great 80s music playlist playing in the walkways and pools. The pools and hot tubs were nice, clean, and refreshing. Game room had pool table and air hockey. Looked like a decent exercise room. They show older movies each day in their theater. Drinks/bar and snacks by the outdoor pool and a Starbucks inside but both close by 6 pm. Expensive rooms but beach chair/umbrella rental is NOT included in the price like they are at a few of the other resorts.
