The house was in excellent condition stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The kitchen is spacious and had all the cookware we needed to make several meals. The location is wonderful. Close to the beach and quiet. Plenty of parking for our couples trip. The living space worked great for playing games and watching football. Jill was a wonderful and responsive host. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

A Wonderful Place to Vacation with Family

This is a phenomenal property that is close to the beach. We had a family of 13 from ages 1 to 40 and it was very cozy and spacious and in a great neighborhood. We loved every bit of staying at this property.

Super Summer Vacation

We loved this house! We had six adults and five kids under eight and it truly met our needs. It was a short walk to the beach and situated close to everything we wanted to do in Myrtle Beach. The house had a nice variety of beach chairs, too. The owner was super responsive to our questions and resolved a minor concern we had the same day. We will definitely stay here when we vacation in Myrtle Beach again.

Guys Golf Trip

The house was exactly what we were looking for on our golf trip. The house was spacious, enough for 7 guys to sleep comfortably. Location was convenient to the golf courses of Myrtle Beach as well as North Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach was just a short uber/lyft away. Everything about our stay was 5 stars. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. It is worth noting that in addition to being contacted by the owner, we also received instruction emails separately from the property manager.

Great beach house!

Overall this place was awesome. We had 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 9 months to 6-years-old. Very spacious, and a super short EASY and safe walk to the beach. Threw the youngest in a wagon and rolled right over to the beach one block away. Also a restaurant and Starbucks easily within walking distance. And a grocery store couple minutes away. Which is great because this place has an aweso.e kitchen to cook up some grub. Fantastic stay will definitely be staying again.

Property was great. Overall exactly what it was supposed to be. Only complaint is water pressure in the house could have been stronger in the showers. Otherwise epic experience.

Just What We Needed

This was a beautiful beach house. The pictures do it no justice. We have nothing but good things to say and the beach house exceeded our expectations. There were 3 adults and 4 children and everyone had a bed to sleep in. It was spacious and also gave everyone the privacy he or she needed. The house was in a great location and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were within walking distance to the beach and we were also within close driving distance to restaraunts, stores, and attractions. The house was very clean. The owner was very sweet and made us feel welcome. She communicated well with us. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This home was truly exceptional! Jill was ALWAYS available when ever we needed her. Her responsiveness was incredible. She was an excellent host and always kind. The space was absolutely what was promised. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough space for all eight of us. The house is open and spacious. The entire home smelled and was freshly cleaned and all of the decorations were beautiful. Fully equipped with anything and everything you will need. The location was great, too. The house is located right near all of the activities that we wanted to do at Myrtle beach. We spent a wonderful day at the beach and the house came equipped with everything that we needed to make for such an amazing day in the sun. We walked the short distance to the beach and had a great time. It was in the most convenient location. We just loved every minute of our visit. I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Myrtle beach. Thank you for making our stay truly special.

This was by far one of my favorite places to stay in Myrtle Beach. The house is spacious, clean, modern and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. The beach is a 2 minute walk. I would definitely rent this property again n

Great Stay

Property was clean. Found a few Palmetto bugs in the house that were scary but I believe that is typical for that area. Would of been nice to have a high chair or booster seat for our toddler, but the house is beautiful and close to the ocean and activities.
