Relaxing and Natural Surroundings

Beautiful view of sunrise and of the Gulf. The property is very natural and peaceful. The property manager was responsive and helpful. But every thing was as described.

Our plans had to change last minute with this property as there were some unpreventable, unforseeable issues which have since been addressed. However, Vacations by Waypoint was on top of things. They instantly booked another beach home 10 seconds down the road from this one for us. We ended up at NanSeas which was a beautiful and spectacularly stocked home. Vacations by Waypoint was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book with them again, and plan to.

Beautiful location, however this place has the “landlord special” written all over it. When we first walked in, all we could smell was an overwhelming urine smell. Come to find out the blue rug in the master was soaked in animal urine. 1st night, found a scorpion is master bedroom. Small bugs(roaches) in the master bathroom, and master shower would not drain the entire time we were there. All the beds were incredibly uncomfortable! Lights in parking area don’t work. Got shocked by electrical outlet down below as well. Bottom platform where outside shower is located has several screws not screwed in fully and we stepped on them, worse then stepping on legos. Dishwasher was full of rust.
