Additionally, paid street parking is available nearby. - Please note that this is a single unit that shares walls with neighboring homes. - The Capitola Village neighborhood is lively and conveniently located near a main road, which means there’s occasional traffic noise. If a quiet environment is essential for your stay, please keep this in mind. - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). The PERFECT location to everything in Capitola. The condo was spacious for all our guests. It was great to have two parking spots and a gated garage for our bikes and cars. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms had plenty of linens and towels.
The location is excellent and garage parking is the best! The accommodations provided everything we needed. The communication with the manager was timely and helpful. We would love to come back again! Thank you!
Or stay at the condominium was great! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The two parking spaces provided were convenient. The balcony provided a nice view of the beach. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, and the water. We would love to return soon.
We all enjoyed this property for a weekend getaway in Capitola. Very clean, well stocked & furnished with everything you need. Great location & views. Walking distance to so many restaurants & stores. Communication with the host was easy & friendly. Would love to stay here again sometime.
We really enjoyed this property. The location is absolutely perfect. Parking was easy and secure. The unit is spacious and has all the comforts of home. Four adults and 2 small children fit perfectly with beds to spare! The ocean view is awesome and the downstairs beds and bath were great for added privacy. The shower in the primary room was big but the doors didn’t open very well. And some of the blankets were stained. Overall, we would stay again!
We had a great time. House was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. We were across the street from the beach, restaurants and everything. Hosts were very communicative and we will definitely be back.
This place is absolutely stunning. From the interior and amenities available, to the location. We will be back. We had an issue with understanding how to access the property, but the communication was instant and they helped us gain access immediately. Again, we will be back!
We used to stay in these apartments when our kids were young. Now we’ve revived the tradition with our grandchildren. It is an absolutely perfect location in the heart of Capitola Village, mere steps from the beach. But the building is solidly built and very quiet and private, with a parking garage. We were happy with everything about our stay. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed. Check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this property and plan to return again.
