The house was incredibly clean and stocked with everything you could need! It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and ice cream! Shelly was an incredible host. She went above and beyond to accommodate my family for our stay. Highly recommend her cute little beach cottage!

We had a great stay! Host was very friendly and generous with our check in time. House had everything we needed for a lovely beach visit, and such a great location. Upstairs loft bedroom was a little warm, but there were plenty of fans.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Capitola house. Great location walking distance to downtown Capitola. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication was great with Shelly. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Perfect spot within walking distance of the beach and the downtown area. The house was perfect for our weekend stay. Hosts keep a great variety of things stocked in the house to make our time there easy. House is well kept, well furnished, and perfect for a getaway. Host was communicative and accommodating. We would stay again and have already recommended it to family.

Perfect location!

My family and I had an awesome time in the Capitola village. The house is in the perfect location and it’s very clean and comfortable. Such a nice gem! The owner is amazing to work with. We definitely plan on returning again!
