Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all linens including used towels on the floor in the laundry room.
Please put all food in outside trash can and put on the curb.
Turn off all lights, heater, close/lock windows and lock all three doors. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking and vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Guests will receive an automatic $400 charge for violations of this rule.
Photo ID with a selfie will be requested when booked. A signed contract may also be required for some bookings.

You can take a five minute walk up to Gayle's Bakery for their signature locally-roasted coffee or grab a sweet treat from the case. It is truly the perfect location for central access to all!
