The home is in a perfect location. Easy to access and the best part is you get two parking spaces!Home is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Owners respond to your request in a timely manner. The home is more than we expected, clean, spacious and family friendly with lots of games for family entertainment.I have rented several homes in Capitola for family get aways, but this home by far has been the best my family and I have stayed.I will definitely rent this home again. Our whole experience at this property was wonderful. Check in was easy, and the property was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well supplied. The balcony was great and the closeness to all the restaurants and stores couldn’t be beat. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a gem in the heart of Capitola!

We had the best time staying at this property. The hosts were accommodating and communicative across the whole process. The place was clean and quaint! Being SO close to the Capitola village is so ideal. Couldn’t have had a better time!

Fantastic Location

This condo is awesome. It's located right in the heart of Capitola and is walking distance to the beach and shops. It comes with parking which is great for the area. It comfortably slept my family with space for the teenagers to spread out.

Comfortable stay in perfect location!

The location is amazing! Steps away from all Capitola Village has to offer. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room sitting area. Nice large balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Santa Cruz visit

This was a small, but cozy and welcoming property. The owners were good to communicate with. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and towels, etc. Location was great! short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach as well as a short drive to Santa Cruz and other destinations.
