The Braun Manor~Historical Mansion~30 People

The Braun Manor is not only a vacation rental, it is one of North Texas's most distinctive wedding and event venues — a 140-year-old National Register estate with a grand Ballroom, hand-carved Victorian fireplaces, a wraparound porch, columned gazebo, and 14 private acres of gardens and cascading waterfalls. No modern event space can replicate it.

We host weddings and private celebrations for up to 100 guests. When you book the estate for your wedding, the entire property is yours — all 8,000 square feet, all 14 acres, all bedrooms — for your wedding party to sleep, celebrate, and wake up together the morning after.

Additional wedding/event fee:
Wedding/Event for 30: Additional $3,000
Wedding/Event for 50: Additional $5,000
Wedding/Event for 75: Additional $7,500
Wedding/Event for 100: Additional $9,000

Nestled in Denison, this delightful estate boasts 8 bedrooms, including 3 king beds, 5 twin beds, and more. With 4 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, shower, and bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Swimming pool, we do not offer a hot tub, a pond for catch and release fishing.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all bedding on beds. Put all wet or used towels in the tubs or laundry hampers.
Empty all trash in the house and place the bags in the cans outside of the house. Please do not place single item trash in any of the outdoor bins.
Feel free to leave any unused or unwanted food in the fridge and pantries as our cleaners will take it home and greatly appreciate it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The mansion looked even better in person, and the grounds were very private with beautiful landscaping. The pool was very nice, and we appreciate the assortment of floaties poolside. The mansion is old, so there were some minor things such as latch-locks that were missing from the first floor bathroom, but it is overall very well maintained. I would highly recommend this venue for any family gathering or private event!

Beautiful Unique Property

We stayed at Braun Manor with a group of friends and family. The house is amazing and unique and has everything we could have asked for. It’s beautiful inside and out and has everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay.

Our family of 15 spent 5 days at Braun Manor in mid-July. It was fascinating - an 1882 historic home restored. Our middle school aged grandkids looked at the pictures with the ballroom, study, library etc. and immediately started planning our live action Clue game! The landscaping and pool area was beautiful. Our family spent hours there. Robin responded almost immediately before and during our stay. The only caveat I would mention is that, if you have younger children, there are lots of safety issues to be aware of. This home might warrant a return visit in the future!Shellee Morrison

Having all 15 of you here for five days was such a joy, and you were truly wonderful guests — the home was left in excellent condition, which we so appreciate. We loved hearing that the grandkids got inspired to plan a live-action Clue game from the ballroom, study, and library — that's exactly the kind of imagination we hope this home sparks! Thank you also for raising the point about safety with younger children. That's something we take seriously, and we do note important safety considerations in the home description. To clarify for future guests: swimming in the pond is not permitted at the property. We always encourage parents traveling with young children to exercise extra caution and close supervision any time a vacation rental includes water features like pools or ponds, as these areas do require added vigilance. The house was absolutely amazing. Everything you may need is provided there. The outside was gorgeous and the host were very responsive! We did a family vacation with 16 people and had plenty of space.
