"COZY" 1BR and 1 BATH Suite in Bankview

Welcome to COZY - A newly renovated and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath and full kitchen suite in Bankview. Located on a quiet street, with a separate private entrance. Comes with a sunroom (enclosed veranda) and a backyard. Located close to 17th Avenue restaurants and shops and downtown Calgary. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, kettle and pots & pans and dishes and glass ware. Linens and toiletries also provided. Just bring your bags.

**We do require sending a photo of the ID for newly created accounts that don`t have reviews/recommendations yet from the other hosts or less than 10 reviews.

***Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation. Please make sure to go outside for any smoking needs. The unit has a decibel meter on the premises which protects our guests from false noise complaints and our neighbors happy! ***Strictly `no parties` allowed and any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $1000 fine and eviction. **For a stay of 20 days and more, we require a mid-stay clean ($200) **Please do not flush any other product apart from the toilet tissue down the toilet. Thank you

Cute & Sweet

The suite was tidy, clean, well decorated & in a great location to the Children’s Hospital & Foothills. Neighborhood was quiet & the host was very accommodating and friendly. Quite a few stairs in the front to access the suite in the back of house. Host allowed me to park in back to accommodate with less stairs.Little gem of a place!

We ended up walking in to town instead of driving each day. Lots of shops about a 20 minute walk away and down town Calgary was about 45 minutes walk. We did not realize it was a unit in a multi unit house. Had to cover up vents and open windows a crack, because the heat pumped the whole time. Didn’t end up cooking, not comfortable with an old gas stove and no fan. Very basic. Just enough for a short stay. Host was quick with responses though. Friendly
