Perfect fit for myself, wife, son and two dogs! Worked for what we needed for a night on our road trip! Was easy to find and was absolutely beautiful inside! Would stay again!!
At first it was a little hard to find but we figured it out. Check in was smooth and easy with the lock box. Parking was tricky as it was in the alley and kind of tight. We had a minivan and had to maneuver carefully into the parking spot. Bathroom is not private just to put it out there. The place was clean except for the toilet, could have been cleaned a little bit better. Overall we would probably not stay here again only because it felt small for 2 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs. Would recommend though for a couple or a single person needing a place.
We struggled a bit with the check in process but the host was attentive and made sure we got in.

This tiny home would be great for young people!! Definitely not for the more “seasoned” traveler or those with a physical disability. Bed came down from ceiling, so you would literally be sleeping on the floor with a mattress. Place was clean and attractive inside, but the surrounding exterior needs some work. Challenging entrance/exit and parking. Directions and instructions were clear when received. Host was very accommodating when contacted.
Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Word to the wise - there is no bathroom privacy, its all effectively one big room.

The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with.
The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it.
I deeply regret staying in this place.
I would definitely NOT recommend this property. The property description is inaccurate as the parking conditions/alleyway are impossible to navigate. We have a Ford F150 and were unable to park in the driveway at all. Also, in the process of attempting to part we damaged our vehicle. We immediately reached out to the property manager and to this day, still have not heard back. We ended up leaving and not staying because we couldn't park and now have 17,000 worth of damages to our truck. Once we got home we reached out to the owner to get a refund (only 153) and they refused to work with us claiming we could have parked on the street (not part of the parking options stated) and that he drives a large truck and can fit in the space. Finally, the neighbor behind has a padlocked cable across his driveway, so that is not an option to use as the description says. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY

Very tiny house
While this could be a great stop for some, it was not ideal for us. No true yard, no space to sit, definitely not enough with dogs.

Tiny house
House was as expected. Very confusing bed and cute setup and decor. Needed a light to see for at night and yard was over grown with weeds. Host did not reply promptly or even for 12 hrs. We enjoyed and offered a few suggestions. Would possibly stay again if this suggestions were fixed!
While the spot was relatively comfortable and secluded, you have to enter using an alleyway that is quite difficult for a vehicle that’s low to the ground. The pulley system for the bed, while functional, was not super secure. My main gripe is the bathing situation though. The bathtub is not hooked up to the water supply, even though it has a faucet and knobs. The shower is a metal bucket with holes drilled into the bottom of it that has quite a bit of buildup, causing poor water flow. The hot water also lasted a very short amount of time. Only long enough for one person’s quick shower.
