I gave 5 stars for accuracy of listing, but I’m pretty sure it was even nicer than the listing made it seem. This property was COMFORTABLE and left NOTHING to be desired. It provides the little things like toiletries and coffee that many rentals don’t provide. It also has very easy checkin and checkout instructions. The beds were so comfortable, and there were pillow, blankets, and space galore. If we come back to the area, we will certain come to this property again!

This property was far and away the best VRBO we’ve found. The amenities were above and beyond with a spacious yard and grill setup, private home theater, workout and game room plus beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. The host helped us sort out a reservation mistake that I made with grace and diplomacy. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Appleton. The property was also within minutes of downtown and the university campus which was perfect for our family to gather with friends and family to celebrate.Beautiful, well maintained property with an impressive array of amenities at a reasonable price and with a wonderful host.
