The Space:

Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of downtown Tulum! This charming 1-bedroom house is ideal for a tranquil getaway, offering a private pool with a sun lounger and a serene sitting area. The terrace, surrounded by lush plants and trees, is perfect for relaxing in a hammock or enjoying meals at the dining table.



Inside, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a safe, and a closet for your convenience. The full bathroom features stylish wood deck finishes, a toilet, and a sink.



The living room offers a cozy sofa bed, perfect for an additional guest, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, French press for coffee, and all necessary kitchenware.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private pool, terrace, and all amenities. Two bicycles are provided for guests to explore the area with ease.

Tulum offers a wide variety of beach experiences, from laid-back spots with no minimum consumption to well-known beach clubs that require a minimum spend in food and drinks. There are also several public beach access points where you can enjoy the ocean freely.

We’ll help you navigate the options so you can choose what best fits your plans and enjoy the beach without stress.

Getting Around:

We highly recommend exploring Tulum by bike or scooter for an authentic and convenient experience. With bike paths and racks available throughout town, cycling is an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. Our bicycles are perfect for exploring downtown; renting a scooter is ideal for visiting the nearby cenotes. For more distant excursions or exploring destinations beyond Tulum, renting a car is a practical option.
