About this property
The Waverly Tree House
This is a 1 of a kind custom built tree house. It is specifically designed to help you escape the city and reconnect with nature! Features one full size queen bed in the loft as well as full size futon for extras guest. There is a full size shower and toilet with hot and cold running water. The kitchen features a microwave and mini fridge as well and basic dishware and cooking supplies. Outside, there is a lighted sitting area with a propane fire pit and picnic table. A short walk away there is our private dock featuring lounge chairs, a hammock, and a propane grill. Down on the shore line we have a small sandy beach area with 2 kayaks for Guest to explore beautiful Hungar's creek. Guests park a short distance away and will have full access to a golf cart to take them to and from the parking area.
