The property was accurate to the listing, and seemed to be a good deal price wise. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. However, the bathroom smelled so much of urine that it was difficult to be in the bathroom or anywhere near it.

Perfect for UD events

Our family (4 adults) stayed here for our daughter's graduation from University of Dayton. It was perfect for us. Great location, plenty of parking, very comfortable beds. It had everything we needed. Just a few minutes from UD campus.

Overall Good Spot

The host was extremely kind and communicated quickly when I had questions. I loved the website provided with recommendations of places to see and things to do around the area. I needed to check out a day earlier but there were no modifications allowed. But that was my fault, I should’ve reviewed the listings policy first. Just important to note that no changes are allowed! Rated a 4 only because the apartment wasn’t the cleanest. The fans had a lot of visible dust and the rugs under the table weren’t clean at all. I was surprised when the host mentioned they had a cleaner at checkout and expected more with the cleaning fee. They should definitely consider a new cleaning company!Other than that everything was straightforward- check in and check out was an easy process with no problems at all.
