Clean, Pristine & Relaxing Little Haven ( chickens!)

The process of checking in was simple. She communicated everything we needed to know through the VRBO app and even provided a very helpful guide link for the residence and the surrounding area. The room was very clean and the perfect size for what we needed. We loved the hot tub and backyard. We highly recommend!

Accommodations met the need and the home is in a very quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi once we realized we had to pre-plan to get it heated then it worked well after a 70 mile bike ride.

Beautiful property in a gated community with a very nice furnished unit and landscaping. This place has a lot of character, pool, spa and chickens in a pen in the back (no rooster to crow you awake). Stephanie is a great communicator, informative and responsive. She has a digital information page that explains everything very well and has fun pages with local highlights and venues. The unit is neat and nicely set up, I will check to see if this is available next time I am in town. One of my best VRBO experiences.

Just incredible

Such an incredible space. Beautiful indoors and out —and in the surrounding area there’s a lot of lovely things to do like visit historical Folsom, bike around, the lake go swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding, etc. The amenities are insane—amazing pool, hot tub, outdoor seating and chickens. I only had a slight overlap with the owners but they were a delight. Indoors is also a treat! Highly, highly recommend this spot for a few day retreat from the world.
