The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set thermostat on 78 in the summer and 60 during the winter. Put used towels in the bathtub. Remove trash. Trash can is located on the road and our can is #1. No need to do anything with beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No large parties! You will be asked to leave with NO refund! No glass in pool area and do not sit or stand on hot tub cover.

We’ve taken many away vacations over the years, and this was easily the best home our family has ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional—the location, the amenities, the host, the decor, and the cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully done.It was the perfect setting for spending time with our college son. The weather was a bit chilly, but that just made the hot tub even more enjoyable. We’re already hoping to come back when it’s warmer so we can take full advantage of the beautiful pool.Thank you for such an amazing and memorable vacation experience!

I grew up in Memphis Tn. and married a guy from Oxford Ms. This home has been in our family for years. I have been a flight attendant for 40 years! I love to entertain and this was a way for me to allow others to come to Oxford and enjoy being with family and friends and hopefully feel a sense of a simpler time in life! Hope you enjoy!!

Why they chose this property

I love this home! It was my father in laws! He was the head of the math department at Ole Miss and was also known around town for the unbelievable Labrador dogs he raised. I love that it’s close to the University and square!

What makes this property unique

This home is close to town and Ole Miss. The location is nice because it’s close enough to get everywhere fast. It also can remove you from a lot of traffic on busy weekends. Love to come back to the farmhouse after a day on the square or a football game and relax by the pool or hot tub. Even if there is nothing going on in town it’s a great house to just come to for some good relaxing!
