Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

If using the fire pit or gas grill, please be certain to turn them completely off. Lastly, once they have cooled, replace the covers.
Pets must be on a leash in the common areas; however, they may run free in the dog park at the front of the property.
Trash day is on Thursday. Please be certain to bag ALL trash and do not put uncovered food, loose items + drinks into the cans so we can avoid pests.

This home was perfect for our short visit to. Meredith was an amazing host who was very quick to respond and eager to help out with anything we needed! Would definitely come back and stay here again for our next visit to Charlotte.
