West Elk Condo is ready for your family to make memories in! Completely remodeled, this beautiful townhome is only a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts and located in a quiet neighborhood. In the winter the free shuttle stops right at the driveway to the complex and takes you to the slopes or down into town through the free transit system we have. Pull into the 1 car garage with parking outside for another car and begin your vacation!



Step into the inviting entrance with warm colors and put your bags away in one of the two bedrooms on this level. Both bedrooms have en-suite baths with a king in the master a queen in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom has soothing views into an aspen glen and vaulted ceilings. The laundry room/ additional media room with a 65` television is down one level with the garage. The top level of the home houses the great room with vaulted ceilings and relaxing furnishings. The kitchen is a cooks dream with plenty of space on the granite countertops for all your prep work. The open concept allows the whole family to be a part of dinner and game night at the dining table with seating for 6. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace on the great leather sofa or one of the super comfy chairs while catching a game on the TV. Want to grill steaks for that special meal then step outside on the outdoor deck and fire up the gas grill! When you are ready to soothe those sore muscles the shared hot tub is just a short walk away.



Whether you are just here for some down time from your busy life, shredding the slopes, or hiking and biking endless trails, West Elk 1 is sure to be a great home base for your crew!
