Step out of the unit and your steps to the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. 1 parking spot is included. The living area has a love seat, two chairs a coffee table, fan and a TV with an Amazon Firestick. The kitchenette has a microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, bowls and plates. Beach chairs and equipment included. If requested, two bikes can be left in the unit. Spacious bedroom, features a queen-sized bed, night stand, dresser and a mini-split ac unit. Laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer along with a utility sink. Toilet, shower and sink in the bathroom. Escape your worries and plant your toes in the sand!
