Relax with family or friends at this peaceful and quiet place to stay. 4 miles to Sunset Beach and 5.5 miles to Ocean Isle Beach (both have pay parking available). Many golf courses in the area. 2.5 miles to county park with tennis & basketball courts, playground, fields, walking paths and dog park. 1.5 miles to Food Lion shopping center with Mexican & Italian restaurants, pizza and sub shops. 47 miles to Wilmington and 34 miles to Myrtle Beach. Pets are welcome-clean up after them!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Lock the doors and return the keys

Please remove all food from the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets. Please wash, dry and put away any dishes you may have used – the housekeeper does not do dishes. Leave used towels atop of washer.

If you used the top bunk bed or folding cot, please remove the used sheets, and leave them on top of the washer. Fold and strap closed the cot and leave it where you found it. Leave USED beds unmade.

Please leave the house keys in the lockbox and scramble the lockbox code wheels when departing. Please also leave the 6 pool tags hanging on the key rack near the back door. Put trash in outside bin.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours in the neighborhood are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Your pets are welcome but please keep them leashed when outdoors and do pick up after them.

One set of six clean towels and one sheet set for each of the five beds are provided per stay. If needed, you may launder linens in the washer/dryer.

Please do not smoke or vape indoors. Feel free to do this on the covered front porch – an ashtray is provided. Please do not burn candles.

Such a relaxed vibe, quiet neighborhood, big front porch and very spacious inside. Alice was always quick with a response if we needed anything. Very clean inside. Nice yard.
