About this property

Charming studio in lovely Emerald Isle with beach access

This peaceful private studio condo located equal walking distance to the beach and booze. The condo is located in a gated oceanfront community with three pools (one indoor and heated), tennis courts, grill, gym, beach side restroom. The gate card can be used to access these facilitites. Numerous shops and restarunts are close by. The entire area is walkable and bicycle freindly. This third floor updated studio includes a fullly equiped kitchen, vaulted ceiling, WIFI, smart TV, full bathroom, washer, dryer, and queen size mattress - linenes, body wash, and shampoo are included. Two large adorondack chairs are on the balacony to watch the sunrise or sun set! The studio feel open and airy. There is not an elevator on the property. Throughout the year, propery managment will schedule the exterminator. During your stay, if you do not wish for them enter the condo, you may decline. There are ocasional maintence that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include painting, exterior work, lawn care, etc.

Quaint private getaway

This location was perfect for me and my fiance. The community felt very safe, and the private beach access was great. It was small, but quite cozy for the two of us. I would definitely recommend it!

Kimberly always responded back to any questions or concerns we had. The studio was even better than described....perfect for 1-2 people. We loved it. The only thing I dreaded was the hike up to the 3rd floor....I injured my knee prior to arrival & along with being 62 yrs old that climb was rough but I prevailed!!!! (there's no elevators which Kimberly has noted in the description).

Weekend away

The place is perfect for a weekend away - close to the beach...just a short walk. It is nice to be in a gated community as well. I know it was early May but it was quiet and peaceful the entire time we were there. The hosts were super quick to respond to anything we needed.

Great couples getaway

Truly spectacular studio for our long weekend getaway. The location is perfect. The 3rd floor balcony view and breeze was so relaxing with just the right amount of sun to soak in. Communication with owners was great. The bed was very comfortable. The walk to beach was quick and easy, bringing along the beach chairs provided, appreciate that! I am sad to leave but will definitely want to book this condo again in any season!

Comfortable & Simple

They provided everything you could think of needing and the place is super clean, comfortable and overall very nice! The host is very nice and quick to respond and help.The only downfall would be the water quality, but that is not in the host's control. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a cozy and affordable getaway!

This was a lovely property, very clean, and very quiet. Perfect for a couples getaway. Easy access to a beautiful beach. This property had local shoppes and stores within close proximity. Publix was 3 minutes from the condo which was a win! We are looking forward to returning in the near future.
