Welcome to a spacious and beautifully designed home. This expansive 6-bedroom residence features a small private gym, a game room, and an inviting backyard with a pool and hot tub. The Home:
This 6 bedroom home has undergone a meticulous renovation completed in 2024, combining modern finishes and amenities with the homes original charm. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the main living space to your right, the dining room to your left, with the kitchen in between.

Living Space:
The living room features a 55" TV, comfy seating, and a cozy gas fireplace for our cooler winter nights. There are 2 windows in this room which give the space plenty of natural light, or you can opt to close the shades if you'd like.

Bedrooms:
This house offers a split floor plan. Down the hall off the living room you will find three bedrooms. Two of the 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a hall bathroom. The primary suite has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The three additional bedrooms are located down another hall of the dining room. These bedrooms share a full bathroom located on this wing of the house.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has updated finishes, modern appliances, and is equipped with everything you'll need during your stay including a Keurig, a toaster, pots, pans, baking dishes, and more.

Extra Rooms:
On the west wing of the home, there are two extra rooms. One of these rooms has been outfitted with some basic gym equipment so you can get a workout in during your stay, and the other is setup as a game room, a perfect little retreat for yourself or for the kids to play darts, foosball, or play video games on the TV.

Outdoors:
The private back yard features a swimming pool, an above ground hot tub, a BBQ, and plenty of seating to sunbath.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub maintains a heated temperature and can be used by guests at no additional cost.

Parking:
Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, with additional parking available on the street

-There is a small step down between the dining room and the hallway, and there is a small step up to get into a couple of the bedrooms on the west side of this home. "Watch Your Step" signs posted.

House Rules
1. We welcome your furry friend for a small fee! If a dog will be joining you during your trip, it is expected that the dog is house trained and that the guest will clean up after dog before checking out.

2. No smoking

3. No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours from 10PM-7AM. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines up to $2,500.

4. Occupancy limited to max amount shown in listing

5. Guests will be charged for any damage to home or furniture resulting from their stay

6. Any items left behind can be sent back to guest for a handling fee and cost to ship.

7. Parents must supervise children at all times in the backyard. No pool fence and no lifeguard on duty.

8. Guests take responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while using home. By booking this home, guests assume risk of any harm that arises from use of property.
