My family and I got together for a cousins-cation. We had an excellent time. The house is beautiful and the grounds are great. Well located. The host was really great with fast communication and support wherever needed.

This house is great. Lots of room and very nicely decorated. Had grandparents and friends stay for JMU graduation and plenty of space to spread out and plenty of spaces to hang out together. Has all the things you need. The view of mountains is awesome.

Graduation Celebration

We gathered family from around the country to celebrate our son”s graduation from JMU. Zion Abode was the PERFECT location. It allows all the family to stay together, has amazing views and tremendous amenities for gathering and enjoying each other. We recommend it as the pinnacle of luxury accommodations in the area! This house is very spacious both inside and outside. We were thrilled to be able to bring our small dogs with us. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The rooms were huge. Anything you need- it’s there. Included in the price are things like soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper- for your entire stay. No need to bring. The products are all quality brands. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and pots and pans, as well as, other utensils- including left over containers! There is a fun poker table and nice poker set that we enjoyed playing with. The jacuzzi was great, as well as the sauna and outdoor dining area under the twinkling lights. We did not use the fire pit, fire places, or table outside with the fire in it- but in colder weather that would be awesome. If you are bringing young kids- there is a high chair and baby gates available. Plastic dishes for kids… they really have tried to think of everything. We always walk properties before we stay and found minor issues that were all resolved or not a problem. A wine glass was in the yard, a Gatorade plastic container was in the yard, as well as some plastic. Inside the foosball table scoring thing is broken- no biggie. The one downstairs bedroom had no electric, which was on the same circuit as the outdoor lights, so I messaged them. They quickly responded and helped walk me through fixing it. Problem solved. They were easy to communicate with. We’ll be back for sure!
