We had an absolute wonderful time at this property. We were in town for a wedding in a neighboring town. We absolutely loved the property in all phases. We loved and utilized the indoor pool! The Pac-Man game was the cherry on top. We must have utilized that for hours upon end! Something for everybody at this property. Very comfortable, very clean. Will 110% stay here again!

Beautiful retreat

Our family had a wonderful stay at the beautiful, clean, peaceful Hoyt House. There was plenty of space to gather together as well as spread out. The daffodils were beginning to bloom and there is the sight and sound of a running stream behind the home. We were close to fun things to explore like the Audubon, covered bridge, and Kent waterfalls. Great bakery, restaurants, grocery a short drive away. The heated indoor swimming pool was the biggest hit. We hope to have the opportunity to return to enjoy this beautiful home with responsive hosts and area again.

The house was clean with all of the modern amenities you could ever need. The layout of both the house and the property are very cool and unique. The indoor pool was great and Limerock Park is right down the street. Would happily stay again.
