This unit is a 2bd/2bth condo at Maui Parkshore, directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, ideal for swimming & strolling. This single level floor plan makes it easy to get around in the unit at any age. Take the elevator down to cook on the BBQ's, and go to the pool. Or walk across the street to the beach park, enjoy the ocean view while cooking dinner in the unit. The large open lanai brings the outdoors in. Allowing you to relax, unwind and have the benifit of having your meals out in the open air. Located within walking distance of many restaurants and local businesses, you can reap the benifits of your time with minimal driving on island. This unit sits in the heart of Kihei, and is right in between Wailea and South Kihei and all that South Maui has to offer. There are fans and lots of windows, and wonderful Tradewinds, (just to note this unit does not have AC).
