To Reserve The House, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This place is exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for us, walk to the beach! There were all the necessities (beach chairs, umbrella, etc) plus a very well stocked kitchen. Super easy, super fun! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was super clean and had everything and more (air fryer, rice cooker, and popcorn popper)! The location is perfect-right across the street from the best beach. The pool and pickleball courts were great too! It was great that the unit also had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and sand toys. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Maui Vacation!!!

Corner unit with 2 lanai's was extremely and very clean and inviting! Excellent view of the ocean which gave us spectacular sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach access was phenomenal!! We would without hesitation book this suite again! The Property Manager, Matt, was so easy and excellent to communicate with. This was truly a perfect vacation!

I have stayed in Kam Sands over 20 times. I come for work and vacation and this was the nicest unit with the nicest property managers. It’s stunning inside. AC in the rooms on separate controls. Everything was so nicely done. There are a lot of other property managers who are rude at Kam Sands but these were great and called me to move places due to construction before I arrived. Allowed for early check in. So incredible! Highly recommend.

Great location

Ksands is in a great location and is good for families. The unit was in good shape but could have used a new mattress and pillows. Downside the landscapers shed was right outside our bedroom window. They start their day at 7:15 and gather and talk no way to sleep in except on Sunday's. Also picture shows dinning room table there is not one just a counter with bar stools.

Great Location, helpful property manager!

Traveled to Maui with our 4-year old and almost 2-year old. The property is beautiful and grounds are very well maintained. The common areas are great and pool area is fantastic for little ones. Check in was a breeze. Condo had all that we needed with the exception of a bathtub, which appears to have been recently redone into a large walk-in shower because the pictures had a bathroom with a tub…this is our only complaint. Both of the Lanais have ocean views and great to enjoy a meal with kids. The property manager was super accommodating, even dropping off a tire pump for us when we needed it for the stroller. We ended up staying an extra day and the management company was very responsive and confirmed very quickly. We loved the location of the complex and the beach across the street is excellent to walk to with kids. Overall this is a great unit and complex and we would stay here again!

No road noise.Awaken by the sounds of the birds singing out the screened doors and there, but never used it because of the great flow of air aided by the quiet fans.Well stocked kitchen along with super clean dishes and utilities.Has everything a cook could want in the kitchen.Nice tv and stereo for easy listening tunes. Also, all the beach equipment and beach chairs you need. Beach Towels supplied, too. Brand New washer and Dryer to go with the refurbished unit with hardwood floors. Have stayed in this unit probably 6 times in the last 22 years.Our family favorite. Condo unit Manager Matt was on the spot and handled us with 5 star service.Returned calls and stopped over to make sure all was well.The unit owner has total trust in Matt and lets him provide the Aloha Spirit to the guests...Super spot..A+++
