Welcome to 'Temporary Sanity

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 11th floor unit is located in building 'A' at Summer House in Orange Beach (1104-A). Summer House is a gated condo complex with a ton of amenities for you to enjoy during your vacation!

***This complex will be undergoing a major renovation. This will restore and improve this property for you and your family to enjoy again for many years to come. 1104A's interior will only moderately be impacted at a specific planned time. However, your stay may be impacted by some construction noise, workers being present, dust or materials in the air, and other hazards you typically have during construction. Choosing to rent during construction is choosing to do so at your own risk. The majority of work will be done by building, starting with Building B. Building A's construction will mostly take place in the Fall of 2024 until the Summer of 2025. However, there will be a timeframe that work will be performed on the exterior of both buildings on the front/North side during the spring/summer of 2024. Some dates may need to be restricted during these times. Please contact us for more information on how your stay may be impacted.

Enjoy the large balcony as you sip your morning coffee or while you dine al fresco. Look out at the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and watch the dolphins play!

This unit has flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and living room, a microfiber sectional with queen sleeper in the living room along with an amazing leather recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There is a glass top dining table that seats six inside or a patio table for six. Take your pick!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding doors leading out to the balcony. Look out at the ocean from your bed-what a way to wake up each day! Another bedroom has two queen beds and the last bedroom has another king sized bed.

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and in a great location. Owners and property managers were very friendly, helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Wonderful stay!

We had our four children that are still at home and our two married children and their spouses. This condo was wonderful and met our expectations. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials for a weekly stay. Hot water would be our only complaint and having only 2 parking passes could be an issue with 10 people staying but we made it work. Overall this was a great experience and condo was wonderful!

Great location just steps away from the ocean! Plenty of room and everything you need for your stay.

Our family of 7 stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the location and amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed. Only negative is had to mop the floor our first night as it turned our feet dirty, and the master bedroom sliding door will not open. So I didn’t get to sleep listening to the ocean. But I would recommend this property and would rent it again.

Family getaway 2021

We enjoyed staying at this property. Had everything we needed for our stay. Convenient location, easy access, safe area, well stocked unit, nice pool, liked having laundry in unit. Couple items could use improvement would be: sliders are very hard and loud to open. Hard to sneak out for sunrise without waking people up. Ceiling could use cleaned or repainted in a few locations due to mildew. ( Not black mold) just mildew from ocean and humidity. Common in these type locations. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great location & perfect size for family

The condo was great!! We had 4 adults and 3 children and it was a great size. Orange beach is great! Not very busy. And the condo was close enough to everything we needed to do. Communication with the property owners is very easy and they are good to work with. I would definitely come back with my family for this condo.
