This was an absolutely amazing property for our extended family of 12! The pool and outside areas were perfect for all of the fun and the short walk to the beach and a few restaurants was perfect! The house was clean and well stocked, communication and the extra guidebook were so helpful! Highly recommend!

First of all I have never had a host that was this quick to respond to any questions I had… so nice and made me feel so at ease.The house was wonderful…they furnished everything we needed. All we needed to bring was our clothes..The house even had beach chairs and wagons for us. It was furnished with towels for the pool too.Everything was so clean…I would rate this house top of the line….

Myrtle Beach May

Very spacious, high end finishes, comfortable beds and wonderful backyard amenities. Great location for the beach and surrounding activities. Will definitely look to rent again and would highly recommend!

We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for 30 years and have been renting beach houses for about the last 10-12 years. We decided late on a trip this year and afraid there wouldn’t be any decent rentals available. Thankfully , we came across this listing. This was by far one of the best houses we have stayed at! In our books it ranked #1 in cleanliness, decor, outdoor space and being well equipped! It was so nice to have toiletries, coffee, towels, etc readily available to use. We usually rent beach chairs and umbrellas for the week but all of that, plus more, was available for us to use. The game room and outdoor spaces were a huge hit and definitely helped to create some fun memories! Public access to the beach is right across the street and was so easy and quick to get to. The house is in a great location to restaurants and shopping- either by walking or by car. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent and we appreciated the check in to make sure everything was going great. Highly recommend staying at this house!

What a fantastic home base for multiple families traveling together. Mid-February was a little too cold to enjoy the beach, but it’s a block away and they have all the gear you’d need. Kids loved the heated pool, and Anwer was very responsive whenever we reached out. We organized a kids’ Olympics one day and took advantage of the football, air hockey, arcade games, dart board and mini golf green.

Best in N. Myrtle Beach!

OMG! On-suite in every bedroom! 2-minute walk to beach. Property management for this house is hands down BEST EVER (and we rent allot)!!! Absolutely perfect house for family gathering with so much to do and quiet spaces too. House is minutes from grocery stores, shopping, dining, etc.

We had a wonderful stay! This lovely home is in a great location - close to the beach and a short drive to lots of nearby attractions. Our group enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the other outdoor activities, as well as the game room upstairs. It was great to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels and the wagons to tote them in to go to the beach - such a nice amenity! Kroger is nearby so were able to do a grocery pickup and then everything else we needed was provided at the home. Anwer was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing property - great attention to details

I have stayed at dozens of VRBO's and this one takes the cake! All of us were amazed at the attention to details, from games to cooking supplies to so much more. The outside area is amazing for kids and families and inside is one of the finest I have seen in some time. This place is worth every penny. The property manager was so nice and walked us through were everything was and how to use it when we arrived. This place is first class and we will 100% be coming back!

Perfect Family Beach Vscation

This brand new luxury vacation home was perfect for our large family group of 16 that included one toddler, 3 children aged 8-14, and multiple adults, with one who uses a power wheelchair. Accommodations were wonderful, including handicap equipment being provided for our stay and a crib provided for the toddler in our group. The owner has put so much thought into all the small but important touches to ensure the best experience. There are so many amenities in this home that there is truly something for everyone to enjoy at all times and plenty of space for everyone. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns prior to, during, and after our stay. This will be a favorite family vacation spot for future beach trips. I highly recommend it.

Great property in a great location. After our vacation, I asked everyone in our family, "What was the best part about the trip?' EVERYONE said, "Hanging out by the pool and just chillin." There is A LOT to do in Myrtle Beach and we did A LOT, but the family time by the pool together was the most memorable part of the trip!!

I highly recommend Anwer and this property. Our family of 12 adults and 1 child had a five-star experience. The well-appointed pool area has every amenity you can imagine: a Tiki bar, a couch in the shade, ping pong, darts, a hot tub. You may forget you are across the street from the ocean! This home is a must for making memories.
