There is extra storage for bikes in 1 car garage and extra space storage of some items available . There is. A full size washer and dryer. There is a Granite updated kitchen. The bathrooms also have newer toliets and light fixtures and mirror vanities, The Hoa is across street with many amenities. Pool, clubhouse, tennis,gym,pool table room, etc. Plenty of parking available FREE.The deli and Dunkin’ Donuts is around block on sidewalks and so are prime location of restaurants and stores, as well as the Port Charlotte Mall is down the road .
