Property was just like the photos. The owners were very helpful. Neighborhood was a surprise.

Nasty

This property had mold in two of the bedrooms by the windows. Also had hair all over the floors and bathrooms. The beds were not clean at all. Had hair and crumbs in the sheets as if they were never even washed. Disgusting!! I would never recommend this property and I will reach out to VRBO about our experience.

Justice's review is full of lies. There was no hair or mold in the unit when Justice arrived. Justice sent us pictures a full 48 hours into their stay of alleged issues with cleanliness, but all of those issues were caused by Justice's group. My assumption is that Justice was trying to get a free stay by complaining about things they caused after 2 days of being at the property, as Justice asked for a full refund in the complaint message sent to us. As hosts, we are responsible for the condition of the property upon arrival - any hair that gets onto sheets after 2 days is on the guest, and the "mold" that was reported is coloration on the wood floors because it's original hardwood!

Cleanliness and Maintenance Concerns During Our Stay

One bathroom/shower was completely out of order, leaving us with only one functional shower. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned, with quite a bit of hair in the bathtub. The fridge, kitchen, and floor were also not well cleaned. Additionally, we were unable to use the washer and dryer due to hygiene concerns. Overall, our stay was okay but fell below our expectations.

Sanaz caused over $2,000 worth of damage and excess cleaning during her stay. Her group stained our rugs, broke blinds, clogged our sinks, smoked, and left trash all over the property. The best part is that she didn’t pay to cover the extra expenses she caused and has the nerve to give us a bad review. Do not rent to this guest!
