Perfect Planning Retreat Venue

This place was spacious and comfortable. Several options for group discussions, which can break up monotony. Plenty of room to get away from others to process as well. The walk to town was pretty easy. Locals are friendly. Glad we stayed!

We were in town to visit Silverwood theme park. This was a perfect location. Super cute little town of Bayview. The house had plenty of room, fun games, multiple tvs, and we loved the outdoor fire pit! The clawfoot tub and urinal in the upstairs bathroom were a huge hit with the adults and kids alike. The kitchen is stocked with literally anything you need and the dining room was big enough and enough seating for our entire group to eat together! Overall, would highly recommended this home!

Bayview

The House was great, had ample space for the 12 people we had. The weather wasn't ideal for the lake a few days and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out in the house. Host was wonderful and always responded to questions or concerns I had.

We had a large family reunion in the vicinity and several of our family members stayed there. We had children from two months to great grandparents in their 80s. There were all sorts of games, books, videos...etc. A large dinning area with two tables was more than adequate for our large group. Comfortable furniture upstairs and down and a wonderful soaking tub! The kitchen was full of baking pans, bowls, and enough dishes for several meals before we had to run the dishwasher, and a great gas stove. They have a regular coffee pot and a Keurig and provide coffee and tea upstairs and down. Much appreciated was all the available parking as we had several vehicles. It is also in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Place

Great meeting environments/ hang out areas both upstairs and downstairs. Nice big kitchen area with 2 sinks and so many cupboards stocked with everything I could imagine needing. We spent lots of time on the deck and got to break in the brand new gas BBQ. They have toys for kids as well as games for adults. Great open floor plan allowed for cooking and clean-up while still being part of the conversation with everyone else. I hope to use it again in the future.
