Spacious home in great location!

Renovated 4 Bedroom Retreat! This home is located in the quiet community of Tahquitz River Estates in South Palm Springs and is convenient to everything!

Great mountain views from this 2,400 Square foot single level home. The house features a contemporary look inside with great, comfortable furniture and artwork. The fully appointed kitchen includes a bar with four bar stools. The kitchen also opens to a casual eating area and a family room with a Smart TV.

The dining room, just off the kitchen, includes a full wet bar and a wine refrigerator. Just off of the dining room is the living room, which includes a large leather sectional couch for plenty of seating and a Smart TV, and a Bluetooth Soundbar. Between the living room and dining room sits a gas fireplace for those cooler cozy desert evenings. This is a perfect home for family gatherings, entertaining, or just some quiet time away from home!

There are two master suites, each having a King Size Bed, Smart TV, and a bathroom. Both master suites open out to a large covered private patio in the back of the property. There are two other bedrooms, each containing a Queen Size Bed. One of these bedrooms opens directly out to the pool area via a sliding glass door.

The pool and raised hot tub are located in the front of this property and contain amazing mountain views! The Salt Water Pool includes a pebble tech finish.

Located around the pool are six chaise lounges, three umbrellas, and a patio table which seats four. Additionally, next to the pool, and not far from the kitchen, is the large natural gas grill.

There is a large covered patio in the back of the property in a very private setting. Included in this area is a small wicker couch, matching chairs, and two lounge chairs for your peaceful enjoyment. Also, there is a large patio table, which seats six, just off of the dining room for your outdoor dining pleasure!

Our home sleeps 8 in the 4 beds. Additionally, we do have a queen size Aero Bed air mattress.

Available for guests are pool rafts, noodles, and bikes!

Please note that the City of Palm Springs has real strict noise rules for Vacation Rental Homes. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC can be played at any time. If one chooses to listen to music while outdoors, they must use either headphones or earbuds. Also, no more than 8 people can stay at the house, and no more than 2 cars can be parked off property at the curb. We do have 3 on property parking spaces (one in the garage and two in the driveway). Any violations can result in a written citation by the City and a fine of up to $1,000.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all dishes and put away.
Place all pool rafts and noodles in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties or Events Strictly Enforced. Pool heat fees apply during the months of October - April each year. No more than 8 people can stay @ house.
No Outdoor Music is allowed. Headphones or Earbuds must be used. Any violation is subject to a Citation and a Fine of up to $1,000 by the City of PS
Outdoor QUIET TIME is 10pm to 8am and is strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs. Any violation can be subject to a $500 fine paid by tenant.

Perfect vacation home.

All that’s missing are the people. The house is clean and well laid out and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Large seating areas inside and out to socialize and plenty of privacy spots as well. The beautiful pool and spa are the biggest draw. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Great House for a Family Holiday

We live and work in San Diego, but enjoy coming out to Palm Springs for long weekends of fun, sun, and relaxation!

Why they chose this property

This property caught our interest due to its excellent location and size of the home. We are very close to downtown and can walk to restaurants and shops. The views of the mountains are incredible from this property. Additionally, this area of Palm Springs is one of the least windy areas to be in when the wind is blowing! The size of the property allows for large families and/or groups of friends to enjoy some time here in the desert.

What makes this property unique

Location Location Location.....and.....the layout of the home.

This home is within walking distance to downtown (approx 1 mile) and only a couple of blocks from Palm Canyon Drive where there are some shops and restaurants.

As you can read from our reviews, this home is spacious and allows families & groups of up to 8 to enjoy the house, pool area, and back private patio area without feeling cramped like some homes do.
