Property was amazing, but host needs to learn more about using the app and what they really want at their locations host will say they allow birthday party events then try to text you saying it isn’t allowed.

You threw a house party with 30 people that went until 6am, totally aggravating all my neighbors. You allowed your unapproved guests to park 5 cars in my lawn, leaving tire tracks. You didn’t clean up any of your mess, the house cleaner filled over 15 bags of trash cleaning up all the stuff thrown all over the house. Your unapproved guests trekked mud all throughout the house. In all, your unapproved parties cost me about $700 in extra cleaning and repair fees. Just stating facts

Great property with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths! Clean as a whistle, fully loaded, front and back porches to enjoy! BEST part is the most responsive property manager who was SO communicative and helpful. Toilet broke, plumber showed up and fixed it right away. Thank you Joe!!
