Beautiful property that’s very close to grocery store and restaurants. Comes with the quirks of a historic home, but it was the perfect space for our family. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great.

Great Location

We loved staying here. We were in town for a wedding at the Duke Chapel and this house was in the perfect location. Only 3 minutes away and it was extremely close to everything else in town. The decorations were also great!

Great Host, Great Place, Great Location

We had a great stay at this property. The place was very nice and true to the listing and pictures. The location was very convenient to Duke and Downtown Durham and the neighborhood was very nice. The host was very proactive and communications were good.

Durham stay

The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had nice dishes and pots and the host left us coffee, popcorn and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.
