Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

Never got code to check in called and messages were full. Finally a 1/2 hour after check in got a message. We had to go searching for our towels and sheets. Didn’t know where they were. Communication needs to be a little better.

We’re sorry for the delay in sending your check-in information. The message was sent 19 minutes after the check-in time, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Regarding the linens and towels, they are provided in large black/blue bags, which are typically placed in the hallway and are easy to see. We’re sorry this wasn’t clear upon arrival, and we appreciate your feedback.
