Property was updated and clean inside. Lots of ants all over the porch and front - we had a huge job of cleaning out all of our beach bags and gear from ants after leaving them on the porch for a few hours. Otherwise nice stay.

Great stay! Great place! Had a great time! Also, communication with management company was great as I thought I had left something behind. They promptly checked with their cleaning staff and confirmed I hadn't. Which was true as I later found my missing items.

Great family getaway!

The property is a great location- close to everything but far enough away from high rise buildings. Property management provided a quick response when needed. Great space in the unit. The cleaners could have done a better job- sheets on the beds were dirty. Other than that, we would rate a 5/5.

A Very Cozy Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were greeted to a very clean and cozy beach-cottage style vaca rental. It is located on a very quiet street of condos (at least over Christmas week), just down from beach access. It is also the perfect distance for a daily walk to the fabulous Carousel Grocery and Gift Shop...great place! The hosts were extremely attentive to detailed email/text communications and made our trip very easy with no issues. And, a huge but rare bonus for a condo/home rental....the beds were extremely comfortable. Finally, because a big part of our vacation experience is to enjoy the property inside and out, the backyard deck (completely enclosed, great for dogs) is such a treat with a peaceful view of nature. A huge thank you to Blue Swell for such a great experience!

The property itself was great, affordable and pet friendly. Very close to the beach, had a pool, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a breakfast and lunch spot. My only complaints was the rental company. We called and paid in advance to bring our dogs. 15 mins after arriving a guy from the rental company showed up to check on everything and then not even 15 minutes after that we got a phone call from the rental company asking us if we brought dogs. Well yes, we paid for them so we did. Then an entire day prior to check out we started getting bombarded with text on what time we were checking out and when. While they do a good job of keeping it clean it was rather annoying to have them bother us 3 days of our trip.
