About this property

New Vills, close to our Amazing Gulf beaches, bikes, beach chairs, and 2 car garage.

Welcome to Island Lakes at Coco Bay, located only 2.5 miles from the Gulf, and boat rentals are a short drive. This new villa comfortably sleeps six guests and is set up for relaxation. Inside the house, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, dining area for 6, and a living room with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a king bed and a master bathroom; guest bedroom #1 has a trundle; and guest bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. #3 Two twins in the bedrooms. We have parking for two cars in the garage and in the driveway. Our home is a villa in a tranquil, beautiful area for biking and walking, and it's close to the sandy beaches.
There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Why stay with us? We have beach chairs, towels, bikes, and everything you need for a sandy day at the beach. We are also close to Lemon Bay Park, where you can shop and bike.
