We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take guest feedback seriously and always strive to resolve any concerns promptly. When you informed us about the front stove burner, we immediately offered to have it repaired the following day, but we did not receive a response, so we were unable to complete the repair during your stay. The remaining three burners were in good working order. Regarding the air conditioning, all bedrooms on the upper level are equipped with air conditioners. The lower level stays naturally cooler due to the layout of the home. In fact, even during heat waves, many previous guests have used the air conditioners upstairs while turning on the heat on the lower level at night because it became cool enough to need it. The review also mentioned a high-pitched noise from one of the showers. The shower heads are equipped with built-in filtration systems, which can produce a slight high-pitched sound when water is running. This is a characteristic of the filtration system and does not affect the shower's performance. The review also stated that the kitchen lacked basic cooking necessities. We would like to clarify that the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and essential supplies. We have hosted many guests over the years and have consistently received 5-star reviews for cleanliness, amenities, and the overall guest experience.
