This property was amazing for our family of 13, three married couples, three adult cousins, three teenagers and one nine year old. There was something for everyone and enough bathrooms and hot water that we could all get ready for the quick drive to Gatlinburg in a flash. Homey, roomy, and the game room was the icing on the cake.

Great place for family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kids enjoyed all the games upstairs and the pool. I love the pool being on the main floor with the alarm on the door, the adults could sit at the kitchen table and play games, so we were steps away from the pool. Very quiet and peaceful when we sat outside the firepit. We did see 2 bears in the mornings which the kids loved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great overall. Very spacious, lots of beds and bedrooms. Our favorite feature was the individual bathroom for each bedroom. The arcade was a hit as well. The hot tub was nice, although a little small. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool. The pool room itself had such a strong odor that we could not stay in that room for more than a few seconds.

Do not rent!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointment. The pool had a scum line, was low on water and the pool area is in total disrepair. The fountains did not work and the whole house stereo system was also completely useless! It rained one evening and we had 3 leaks in the living room. Before we caught the leak, it had soaked one small area on one of two rather dated couches and the other had a large rip to one of the cushions. My daughter went to place her bags in her room and found a rather large fake eye lash stuck to the night stand! Management did have the pool company out the next day to at least make it useable, however, you still had to swim in an area that at best was less than appealing. Certainly nothing like the pictures seen on their advertisement! I was assured someone would get back with me about my displeasure after asking for at minimum a partial refund... crickets! I urge anyone thinking of booking this particular home to NOT! I would truly like to attach photos here that I have taken of the issues written above.
