Scott’s cottage was the perfect place to stay during our time at Fantasy Fest. It was by far the best price to stay right on the corner of duval. Checking in was super easy with the complimentary shuttle and the cottage was very clean and well maintained. We would 100% stay here again.

Property is wonderful, but plan to find parking if you have a car. Fairly quiet, which a lot to say during Fantasy Fest!!

Great spot to chill. Close to attractions but far enough from the really busy area to enjoy your stay. Property was easy to find and very clean. Very quiet atmosphere and short walk to live entertainment and good food.

This is a great location, in the middle of Duval Street, totally easy walking distance from everything. It is comfortable and quiet, while there is no parking, you can temporarily fit your car in the area to unload. Great spot!!

We had a great experience with Colocada, service was excellent, our unit was clean and very nice, location was right in the middle of everything. We even enjoyed chatting with the “neighbors” that were renting the other units. We’ll definitely book with them again.

Location is perfect!! Right off Duvall but far enough from the rowdy end that you get a good nights rest and aren’t kept awake from the bar noise. Cutest little rental with everything a couple could possibly need. Was super clean and comfortable! Will def book again!
