Fresh and clean

Property has comfortable furnishings. It’s clean and bright! Everything you need is provided including towels & bath soap; hand soap, dishwasher soap & laundry detergent enough for a couple of washes. Communication with the property owner was prompt.

Middle of paradise

Beautiful location, plenty of water access around the island, and a boat launch 3 minutes down the road. The house was clean and had everything you may need for a short - or long-term stay. The area is super safe, and there are lots of friendly neighbors. The pool is cleaned regularly. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Carmen was very prompt to respond to us should we need anything! Couple little shops to walk to, including a great little coffee/breakfast shop down the street! (The Perfect Cup)There are lots of great fishing spots around Pine Island!Thanks again for hosting us, we enjoyed our family vacation

The host was excellent with communication, though there was no book with instructions to be found in the house. The online listing says there are two king beds, but the extra bedroom had only a twin. Good thing our kids weren’t able to come down for the weekend that they had planned! But everything else was outstanding. We loved the lanai at all times of the day and evening, and washing the fish jump is always a highlight.
