Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Tuesday is garbage day. If you are staying during that time place the garbage can at the end of the driveway on Monday night to insure the garbage is picked up.
Place garbage can in storage area after it has been taken.
Please set thermostat to 76 degrees when checking out.

Whether you want to go to dinner, we highly recommend "Blue Dog", or take a walk around the neighborhood, everything is within walking distance, with water views all around you. Walk to the famous, "fishingest bridge in the world" in Florida the Matlacha Bridge famous for its local reputation and anglers catching snapper, sheepshead, and flounder in Matlacha Pass.
