Just minutes away from the St. Louis City Zoo, St. Louis Science Center, Forest Park and The Grove with the Manchester Ave strip, you will be sure to find plenty of fun activities during your trip. In this home is a dedicated work area for the digital nomad or traveling professional. It has a WASHER/DRYER, WI-FI & TVs in each room and a KITCHEN stocked with cooking essentials & a coffee bar with everything to make your morning cup delicious. A KING BED in the master with a makeup table, 2 queen beds & 2 comfy sleeper sofas, one in the living room & one in the office/loft room makes this home ideal for tranquil sleep. 2 LARGE BATHROOMS (tub/shower in both) and the JACUZZI JET TUB in the master bathroom is zenful. Welcome & have a EUPHORIC STAY!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To start the dishwasher, load dirty dishes, insert the dishwashing pod, select the washing cycle, press the start button, THEN close the dishwasher door.
Place all dirty and used towels in the bath tubs.
Place all of your used trash bags in the property inside the main trash bag in the kitchen/dining room area. Take the main trash bag to the garage dumpster located in the back of the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The inside was extremely nice. The mini teas are excellent. Communication was fairly easy, although we had a couple snags. The grounds needed a lot of attending. And the beds were not very comfortable.

I would recommend this property, especially for families. The only real complaints I have are…it was difficult to cool the upstairs without having the downstairs too cold. The picture of the entrance is misleading as this is the back unit of the building and not accessible from the door in the VRBO listing. There also seems to be a mouse issue as there are droppings and urine under the kitchen sink. The garbage disposal did not work. There was a tub of standing water in the backyard that is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. In my opinion these are minor inconveniences. The location and everything else about this property outweigh these negative things.

Sorry for that inconvenience but, we did reach out to you to see if there was anything we could assist you with regarding your stay. When you brought up how to cool the property more we suggested you adjust the thermostat to your liking. We never received any more feedback after that suggested that adjusting the thermostat to achieve the results you wanted. The temperature is controlled by a smart thermostat & is set to remain 72 degrees inside the property unless we allow guests to manually adjust the thermostat. If we would’ve known that you weren’t cool enough we would have sought out to resolve the issue before your stay ended. After your stay, we investigated the issue you presented to make sure that it wasn’t just your preference to have a cooler home or if there was a serious issue. After investigating we had the ducts cleaned and the filter changed. Any guests who book with us after you will not have any problems, that issue now resolved. Thanks for staying with us and for the 4 STAR ⭐️ rating! Take Care!
