Please Note-- All outside pictures are taken from the private balcony at the condo---This condo has the best views on all of Marco! --bar none! Overlook the Gulf of Mexico, the 5 mile, white sand, crescent beach-- the beautiful, heated pool or the lush Marco Island skyline just beyond Clam Bay. All of this can be seen from the 300 square ft, highly sought after, wrap-around balcony, 15 floors above everything.
Step outside onto the balcony from the living room or either bedroom to absorb the beauty, the breeze, the tranquility of your corner of paradise. By day, you will see the dolphins play, the pelicans dive, sea birds and nature all around. By night, you will witness the most magnificent sunsets you have ever seen and feel the balmy breezes off the warm gulf waters. When you do come inside, you will relax in comfortable, roomy accommodations. You may want to dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants or you may just want to sit at the dining room table for dinner while gazing outside at the beauty of the blue water and passing one may choose to just dine on the balcony!

Brand new living room furniture. New tile floors throughout, New king size mattress and flat screen tv. Totally renovated and upgraded kitchen including new cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new lighting and more. Just check out the pictures! You will want to return again and again!

There are beach supplies for guest use in the condo such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach cart.

Information on Local Activities and Recreation: Located on the shelving unit, in the entrance of the condo is a collection of valuable information regarding everything from menus and dining guides to local restaurants, to various shopping areas, to local Golfing and Sport fishing contacts, churches, and much more.

If you would like to know more about any special activities or events occurring during your stay, or who is entertaining and where, you can go down the elevator and pick up the Marco Eagle newspaper or Marco Review Mag.. It will also give you a listing of high and low tides for the week. High tide is a good time for fishing and low tide is a good time for sea shell hunting. You may wish to relax and merely enjoy the beauty of nature all around you or if you wish, you can find a new adventure at every turn. The possibilities are endless!

Great stay at Tigertail Beach

My wife and another couple had a very enjoyable stay at this unit at Tigertail Beach. This is a corner unit with Great water views but also a view of other condos north and south. The unit is nicely equipped and well worth the rent charged.

My husband and I had a great time staying in this condo. The view is awesome, and JoAnn was easy to work with. The pool is warm, and the people are friendly. Nature abounds at the beach. There is so much to see and do in the area, and we plan to return!

Marco Island Paradise

Loved the view! The beach was also gorgeous and pretty quiet if we walked the opposite way of the buildings towards Tigertail Beach. The condo was just as listed, with plenty of room for our family of 4 and comfortable beds. Our kids loved the dolphin and kayak tour. Only bummer was the pool was under maintenance for most of our stay.

View from patio awesome!

Our stay was great. The views were amazing and it was nice to sit at table in the am and have breakfast of do a little work before heading out. The kitchen had all we needed for our stay. They have plenty of beach chsirs. The furniture was dated but comfortable and the towels need to be replaced. Overall we had s great time!

Very clean and well equipped. Excellent views. The only negative I can think of is the limited "playtime" hours for kids in the pool and endless rules that are strictly enforced by the property manager. All and all we had a great stay and vacation!

I love this place!! The accomodations are so comfy, the view is as close to heaven you can get without being there! I can spend hours sitting on the balcony, having my morning coffee or having a Pina Colada and watching the sunset. Fun to sit in the gulf, go shelling, fishing at the docks by the tennis courts, play tennis or swim in the pool. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area. I'm coming back with more family and friends! Beautiful place, gorgeous Island!

This property is amazing! The views are breathtaking and will not disappoint. We spent just over a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The balcony views, to the pool and beach we had the most relaxing vacation ever. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. The condo itself was spacious for a family of 4. The beach was great if you are looking for shells which also made it easy to walk on. The sandbar was pretty neat first thing in the morning to get shells and sand dollars. We had such an amazing time on Marco Island as well as Naples.

Superb

For at least the past 9 years we have stayed in one of the towers at South Seas and while accommodating, our latest stay was superior to all others. The unit itself was spotless and had a much stronger feeling of being home. We communicated with the owner about certain precautions needed in anticipation of Hurricane Dorian. She was incredibly pleasant and wanted to make sure our stay was of the highest quality. It was. We will seek the same accommodations in future visits.

Our Marco Island Vacation

We have been vacationing on Marco Island every year for the past 30 years. Its white sand, long beach & beautiful sunsets can not be matched. Over the past five plus years, we have been renting this lovely, two bedroom Condo and consider it quite a find. Besides the lovely interior of the Condo, the views from the 15th floor wrap-around balcony are outstanding. You can experience the amazing sunsets from one side and from the other side, look all the way down the beach to see the southern end of the Island. This is a beautifully appointed condo with incredible Gulf views.

This was our fourth trip to Marco Island and the second time we stayed in this condo. There is a good reason we came back to this particular unit - it's wonderful. Nicely appointed, it's comfortable and inviting. But the best part is the wraparound balcony that provides the most amazing views of the Gulf and Tigertail Beach. We spent hours sitting there watching sunsets. The pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The only part of staying at South Seas Northwest that we don't like is that eventually we have to leave when vacation is over. But you can be sure that we'll be back.

Marco is Paradise

There is a peaceful feeling watching sunsets from this balcony ! The location is outstanding , right on the beach . The property is clean and well maintained , the pool is perfect- Beach- pool- beach and pool , life is GREAT at this place. I saw dolphins at the beach right around Sunset !!!! The owner and property company were the BEST ! I will be back for sure and will recommend this property to my friends. Places to go Capri Fish house for the lobster bites and Kayaking, Snook Inn for for seafood and Live Entertainment . Also Mango's dockside , CJ;s on the Bay, and Tara Steak & Lobster House and DaVinci's are all great . Marco is Paradise and Life is GOOD there !

Most relaxing vacation, ever!

This condo was just as advertised. Wonderful accommodations, great views of the Gulf, very nice pool and surrounding property that is beautifully well kept. Our family has been taking beach vacations for many years, but this was our first trip to Marco Island. The whole experience was relaxing and entirely enjoyable. Plenty of great restaurants, kayaking, jet-skiing, Everglades tours provide lots of options for things to do other than hanging out at the pool or beach. The beaches here are amazing - huge expanses of white sand with shore birds and fish to watch, as well as the occasional dolphin sighting. There was nothing about our week that was disappointing. We will certainly be back!

Welcome to Pardise

We have vacationed in this lovely condo for an extended period of time for the past three winters and have loved it. It is light and airy, well-furnished with a brand new kitchen and soft comfortable couches in the spacious living room. There is internet at your finger tips and a flat-screened TV with many high def channels. For the outdoor lovers, there is a heated swimming pool with comfortable deck chairs and the waters of the gulf right in front of you. There are many recreational facilitates available and wonderful restaurants on the island. But you need to no further than your own spacious deck with its wonderful gulf view and comfortable chairs to sit back and enjoy this little piece of paradise.

Everything as advertised. Awesome, panoramic and we'll add, incredibly relaxing. The condo is clean, spacious, airy, light and quiet and has everything you'll need to spend time on Marco Island. Plenty of parking, the pool was always relaxing, and it is just short walk to the beach. The entire complex is well kept. We've been traveling to Florida for many years, this was our best vacation by far. All the necessities (groceries, drugstore, etc..) are close by, lots of choices for dining. Not a lot of shopping on the island if that's what you are looking for, but plenty on your way to and in Naples which made for a nice, short, getaway. We had a week of perfect weather, which made it even nicer. The owner was a joy to work with. We're already booked to come back next year.

The condo on the 15th floor has outstanding views of the gulf with a wrap around balcony. The walk to the beach is a bit long but well worth the convenience of enjoying both the beach and the pool. The updated kitchen has many essentials such as coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and plastic travel cups. The baths, bath towels, beds and linens need updating next. There are beach supplies for guest use in the condo such as beach chairs, beach caddy , beach towels and beach cart. The condo is a very nice size for four people and I would recommend it. I hope to return again soon.
