This apartment is a great place to sink into. You have direct access off of the porch, plus an additional entrance into the grand hallway which leads to the laundry space. Private single car garage is very close to the apartment. The apartment renovation has incorporated the original brick and hardwood floors with radiant heating.
Apartment 3 is a one bedroom apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located on the corner of the building there are large windows through out for ample natural light and blinds for when needed.
You will be able to access all shared hallways and laundry. No one can access your space except you.
Dedicated fiber internet per apartment. All guests are important to us and we want to assure the comfort and safety of every guest. The shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned regularly and we have a medical grade air cleaner stationed in the main hallway of the first floor to assure all guests experience a clean air-allergy free environment.
