I hosted a retreat for 19 women and we all stayed at the Skyrise Stay in Nashville. The elevator was super helpful to get the women and their luggage to the higher floors. The rooms were fully stocked with enough blankets, sheets and towels. Frank was very responsive with any questions we may have had. The location was perfect. We made all of our meals in the house and had our own chef which was a great addition. The hot tub was a great addition and many of us used it throughout the long weekend. There was plenty of parking for those who drove or rented cars. If we come back to Nashville as a group we would definitely stay here again.

Great house for your group. Our group loved it. We had 10 couples and that was max capacity for each couple having their own bathroom as an FYI. But the house was excellent, location perfect. Would stay again.

Great home with a lot of room and accommodations for sleeping. The roof top dining area was great. The price point was a high considering the hot tub never worked properly after multiple attempts to get it running by the host. Great location. Elevator was great when working properly. Host very responsive to issues

Location, home: everything was perfect. The only issue we had is they did not drain the jacuzzi and it was dirty so we were unable to use.

The house met our needs perfectly. Accommodations were clean and as described. They use quality paper products as well for toilet paper and tissues. Our only issue we encountered was that the hot tub was not functioning. Our group had an excellent stay at this property and would recommend the booking.

Sorry I did not know you had an issue with hot tub. You could use hot water on side and enjoy the tub.

Skyrise Stay is an excellent choice! And all the reviews about Frank's communication is spot on. first class.I book a couple of vrbos a year for friends and family vacations, and Frank was so attentive and responsive every single time I messaged with a question about the home, not just before we paid it off, but even after all of our payments due were completely paid well in advance of the trip. He generally responded in about a day. We had 20 ladies and I got many compliments about how great the house was and the sky view from the rooftop. Many ladies in our group enjoyed the hot tub, some did daily. cooking bacon for a large group up on the Blackstone grill on the rooftop was perfect, no kitchen mess or heat to worry about. plenty of "general supplies' throughout the house like Shampoo, conditioner, soap at sinks, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, sugar, coffee filters...really, all the things.RENT IT! it is a great space. Working the elevator is a bit of a learning curve. Frank walked me through it on a video call a year before we traveled there, and I should have had him re walk me through it again right before the trip because I think I forgot how to work it. we were able to use it, however, I let the house host know that a binder or something in the house of how it works and what it is supposed to do or can't do could be a good help for future guests. a person had to be in it to move it to a different floor, for us.We will rent from Frank again.

Everything from the hosting, amenities as well as customer service was among the best of all of my family’s stays. Hosting a family the size of mine is always a task. The elevator was especially a needed necessity due our Grandparents. This is a very special thanks!! We can’t wait until next Xmas!!

We rented this property for a weekend in Nashville with friends. The property is awesome for large groups. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and the rooftop was perfect for everyone to hang out at. The location made it easy to get to Broadway and the Gulch area. I would 100% recommend this property for large groups planning a trip to Nashville!

Fantastic, spacious, clean property that worked wonderfully for a work event. Host very accessible. Elevator was under service while we were there and the bbq had no propane. There is a Keurig on site for the coffee drinkers!
