Perfect quiet location

The location was perfect to downtown. Plenty to do in the area. House was clean, plenty of room for a family of 5. Property manager was very friendly, answered questions very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while being in town for volleyball. Would 1000% stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway

My husband, friends, and kids stayed here for a weekend to catch a braves game. Perfect location that was close to the stadium. Check in and out process was super easy. Owners communicated very well. The only thing I would say was a downfall was the bathrooms need a little updating. Also, if you like to sleep with a fan bring your own, the room we slept in didn’t have a ceiling fan. Overall, I would say there for another game for sure. Thanks for being so easy!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed here for my best friend’s baby shower weekend and chose it mainly for its proximity to her house in Marietta. While the price was a bit higher than I expected for the area, the townhouse itself was nice and suited our needs well.The bathrooms were dated and some of the faucets seemed a little questionable, but that was my only real issue. The AC worked wonderfully—walking in from Georgia’s hot, humid summer weather to a perfectly cool home was a relief!We didn’t really use the kitchen due to our busy schedule, but it was spacious and seemed well-equipped. I also really appreciated the minimal checkout instructions—many listings ask far too much of guests, so it was refreshing to have a simple, straightforward process. As a fellow host, I value that approach and think it makes for a much better guest experience.Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
