*Our rental includes all bed linens. Guests are responsible for bringing bath towels, toilet paper and paper towels for their stay.*

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all used beds and start a load of laundry. All dishes should be washed and put away.
Please remove all food items from fridge and cupboards. Place all bagged trash in the container located near the parking lot.
Please return parking pass, 6 beach badges and two sets of keys. Press the lock button on the keypad to lock the door behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Booking will be cancelled if you are younger than 25.
