La maison est super bien située à deux pas de la magnifique plage de Porto Taverna. Elle bénéficie d'une vue imprenable, d'un joli jardin, d'une terrasse ombragée et d'un parking privé à l'ombre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de la climatisation dans les 3 chambres.Navette gratuite à 100 m pour se rendre sur d'autres plages de proximité ou d'autres villages.La propriétaire est chaleureuse, réactive et très accueillante. Elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit très agréable. Vacances géniales !

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Porto Taverna in der Unterkunft von Maria. Im und rund um das Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht, Maria hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und das Haus super vorbereitet. Alleine für die Aussicht auf die Insel Tavolara war das Geld wert. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sowie eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer. Was zusätzlich positiv ist, das man quasi einen Privatparkplatz am Strand hat und nur 3-3 Minuten bis zum Strand zu Fuß bis zum Strand braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Traumblick auf’s Meer und Tavolara

Die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum und entschädigt die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Im Haus muss einiges renoviert und modernisiert werden und eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich eine Bereicherung. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer sehr bemüht und versuchte alle Mängel zu beseitigen. Eine positive Überraschung war, dass es doch WLAN im Haus gab. Wenn es irgendwann eine Klimaanlage gibt kommen wir bestimmt mal wieder in dieses Paradies zurück.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung ganz nahe am Meer mit fantastischer Aussicht auf das Meer von der Terasse. Super Beach welcher nicht zu touristisch ist (Oktober). Die Wohnung bietet alles was es zum Wohnen und Selberkochen braucht. Im Garten gibt es sogar Grill und Granatäpfel (Oktober). Ein paar wenige Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Für Einkauf wird Fahrrad oder Auto benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieterin - Danke für alles Maria!

Hübsches Haus in toller Lage

Wir konnten ganz unproblematisch schon mittags in das Haus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt, die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Tavolara ist toll und es ist nur ein kurzer Weg hinunter zum Strand. Die Küche könnte etwas besser sortiert sein, wobei es einen Miele-Geschirrspüler gibt und die Waschmaschine ist ein etwas älteres Modell. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Insbesondere mit Kinder war es sehr schön.

Posizione incantevole, l’abitazione, oltre ad avere un panorama mozzafiato dal patio esterno e’ vicina ai servizi, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e riservata, ciò che cercavo. Servizio preciso e puntuale da parte della proprietà!

Super Lage mit traumhaftem Blick.Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein und leider keine Klimaanlage deshalb sind die kleinen Zimmer bei hohen Temperaturen schnell mal stickig besonders das Zimmer unter dem Dach.

Beautiful, very well equipped home with great sea views. Views and location was better than expected. Home was very clean and well equipped. Maria was a very gracious owner and quite flexible with our later than expected arrival. Her recommendation for us to rent a car was very helpful. We look forward to a return stay!!

Stunning location

Maria was incredibly helpful and very informative. Stunning location, amazing views from very pretty garden with plenty of sun and shade options which we’re ideal to relax. Lovely beach with plenty of eating and drinking options. 9.5/10 for amazing time ... would be 10/10 if there was air conditioning in bedrooms. Thanks again Maria

Consigliato!

Villetta con giardino curato e fiorito, barbecue e patio per mangiare fuori. Pulita e ben arredata è dotata anche di lavastoviglie, lavatrice e posto auto all'ombra! Noi siamo stati benissimo , la spiaggia di Porto Taverna è a soli tre minuti a piedi e altre bellissime spiaggia sono nei dintorni. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca in frigo , succhi di frutta e dei dolcetti! Cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare la proprietaria Signora Maria che è stata molto gentile e ospitale.

Schönes kleines, sauberes Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Garten und Terrasse. Gut erreichbar. Alles wie beschrieben, Ausstattung in Ordnung. Obere Etage etwas eng bzw. niedrig. Toller Meerblick. Besonders angenehmer und sehr freundlicher Kontakt bei Buchung bzw. vor Ort bei An- und Abreise mit flexiblen Zeiten.

Schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Es liegt sehr nahe dem Meer ,ideal um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Blick ist zauberhaft. Frau Condetta war sehr fexiebel als wir ihr mitteilten ,dass wir schon um 11.00 uhr statt am späten Nachmittag in das Haus möchten.(Der Flug war früher als geplant) Alles kein Problem, sehr schön. Auch bei der Abreise konnten wir bis 17.00 Uhr im Haus bleiben da unser Flug später war. Mit der Kaution gab es auch keine Probleme ,wir bekamen den Betrag zurück. Parkplatz verhanden. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach,sowie eine Spülmaschine (herrlich) Draussen einen Gartengrill Schöne Terrassenmöbel und 2 Liegen. Auch konnten wir die Waschmaschine benutzen,haben es aber nicht benötigt. Olbia ist schnell zu erreichen sowie auch andere interessante Orte. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. der Urlaub war leider etwas zu kurz. Danke für alles und herzliche Grüße die 3 Mädels

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir waren zu viert in der Nachsaison in diesem Haus. Top-Lage, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit genügend Küchenutensilien. Das zweite Bad ist durch die Dachschräge etwas klein, war jedoch kein Problem für uns. Maria ist sehr freundlich und bei allfälligen Problemen sehr schnell erreichbar- Uebernahme und Rückgabe sehr unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Weitblick

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand. Maria die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Übergaben am An und -Abreisetag waren unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht über der Straße und der Garten bietet genug Platz um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Herrlicher Blick auf das Meer. Alles sehr sauber angetroffen. Gute und reichliche Küchenausstattung. Übergabe des Hauses und Rückgabe der Kaution unkompliziert. Jetzt in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Herrlicher und kaum frequentierter Strand. Sehr sauber.

excellent séjour, vue magnifique !

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison du 26 octobre au 2 novembre. Un temps très agréable, nous avons pu nous baigner tous les jours dans la baie qui est vraiment magnifique. La maison est particulièrement bien située, trois pas et on est au bord de l'eau turquoise. Propre, bien entretenue, elle est très bien équipée, tout le nécessaire sur place. Accueil très chaleureux, nous remercions vivement la propriétaire qui a su s'adapter à nos besoins.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben zu viert zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, komplette Ausstattung (u.a. ausreichend Strandtücher vorhanden). Highlight ist die Aussicht vom Haus (sie ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern). Kurzer Weg zum Sandstrand und doch ruhige Lage. Schattiger Carport. Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte; auch geeignet für 2 befreundete Familien, wenn man die andere Hälfte dazu mietet. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da es vor Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit als wir die Wohnungsschlüssel versehentlich im Meer versenkten.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage!

Die sehr nette Vermieterin hat uns pünktlich empfangen und alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Auch im Vorfeld wurden alle Fragen sehr nett beanwtortet u der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat ein großes Wohn-Ess-Zimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer (unten 2 und oben 1) und 2 Badezimmer. Der Garten ist sehr schön, man kann toll draußen essen und die schöne Aussicht genießen. Die Lage ist das Beste an dem Haus, es liegt etwas erhöht, so dass man einen traumaften Blick auf duie Bucht und den Tavolara hat. Man hat einen tollen ud vor allem schattigen UNterstand für den Mietwagen, den man hier schon benötigt. Porto Taverna ist eine kleine Wohnsiedlung, außer 2 Stradrestaurants gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber im nächsten Ort bekommt man alles was man braucht. Wir wollen bald wieder kommen!

Gepflegtes Haus mit Traumsicht

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns in dem sehr gepflegten Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist für sardische Verhältnisse sehr gut ausgestattet (grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, viel Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, guter Gasherd und elektrischer Backofen, genügend Wasser, schattiger Parkplatz, tolles Aussencheminee, sehr schöne Gartenmöbel, gepflegter Garten) und es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Das Grösste aber ist die Aussicht, einfach grandios! Und in wenigen Schritten ist man am herrlichen Strand von Porto Taverna. Uns haben das Haus und der Garten so gut gefallen, dass wir am liebsten "zuhause geblieben sind". Für den Einkauf ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen.
