Spacious Arcadia Bright and Cheery House

Spacious Arcadia ranch-style, single-story house close to Old Town Scottsdale, Biltmore area, Tempe, and Downtown Phoenix! Over 3100 sf, this modern house has a gorgeous, private yard with a pool (heated at $75/day, 3 day minimum, and 3 day's notice) and multiple seating areas. Inside, there are separate common rooms to play (ping pong table) and relax with a large kitchen in between.

4 Comfortable and Peaceful Bedrooms, & 3 Full Bathrooms-

*Primary Bdrm- King and ensuite bathroom w/ separate tub and step in shower, double sinks & vanity
*Bdrm 2- King Bed * Full Bathroom shared with Bdrm 3
*Bdrm 3- 2 Twin Beds
*Bdrm 4- 2 Queen Beds and ensuite bathroom.

Amenities:

• Beautiful backyard with Pool, Grill, Outdoor seating, Outdoor dining, 2 lounges, & Outdoor games
• High-speed Wi-Fi, including smart TVs in every bedroom for entertainment, plus living rooms
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and island with seating
• Ceiling fans in every bedroom
• Ping Pong table in game room
• Washer and dryer for your convenience

Pool heat- Must be turned on 3 days before your booking to be fully heated . There is also a pool cover that will need to be pulled off and put back on to keep the pool sufficiently heated. Pool heat fee is $75 per day. 3 day minimum.

Our beautiful home is meant to be enjoyed, but first some upfront rules:
Please no animals. The garage is not available for guest access. Cars can be parked in the driveway, and street parking is allowed, and there should never be more than 4 cars at the property. No more than 10 guests can be at the property. Only the people listed on the reservation are welcome at the house. Please choose another house if you cannot abide by these rules. Guests who disregard this rule will be subject to a $1000 fine and immediate eviction. Outdoor security cameras may be in use.
